Hi! I'm Sean Beckford.
I’ve been a Fitness Trainer for the past 7 years & I’ve been fortunate to learn from the best at some of the top fitness gyms in North America throughout my career.
I put everything I have into ensuring my clients improve their bodies and lives. I was named in the Top 10 percent of trainers consecutively in Canada with GoodLife Fitness from 2015-19. My commitment to continuing education throughout my fitness journey has been paramount to my development in delivering a great service to my clients through functional movement, nutrition and recovery methods. I’m looking forward to supporting you in your fitness journey.
